Payment Policy / Delivery / Artwork Specification
- Our payment policy is on a top-up credit basis; every payment will be deducted from the account credit balance
- In order to complete fast, the customer is required to make payment and artwork upload completely before we start production.
- Artwork only accepted in AI, PSD, JPG, and PDF High Res file.
- Processing Date is counted by 1 working day ( Exclude Sat & Sun; Public Holiday)
- Expected Delivery will be 1-2 days different whereby this is the system auto-generate expected delivery date.
- Delivery charges based on the order quantity and location, the more customers order the lower of delivery cost pay.
Please be sure to read and refer to the artwork specifications (available in PDF format) provided here when preparing your artwork. You may download it or print it out for easy reference. For the best print results, we highly recommend using our Product Size Templates.
NOTE:The artwork specifications listed below are the latest versions. Please refrain from using earlier versions to avoid unnecessary complications. By using these specifications, you agree to all the additional terms and conditions stated in the Product Specification, General Artwork Preparation Guides, and Artwork Preparation Guides for each product.
